The article is clear in saying it’s for an accessibility project. As you were a member of the BMC can you explain why a CIC was never formed despite assurances made in both applications? Both Labour and HRTC were approached for comment and chose not to respond.
Roger O’Doherty is core member of the Building Management Committee. Perhaps he could explain why Labour took money from a local council and a charity in apparent breach of electoral law, and it seems failed to declare these grants to the Electoral Commission?
